Press & Moka Coffeehouse Celebrates 2 Years in Irvine with a Party
06.03.24
Press and Moka Coffeehouse is celebrating two years in style with an event on Thursday, June 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Festivities include live music by The Sonoramics, as well raffles for special prizes, a selection of perfectly mixed mocktails, like a Brown Sugar Mocktini, Mint Mojito Limeade, Matcha Lemon Drop and more, plus $2 select baked goodies (available all month!), and shopping with local boutique vendors, and other fun to be had!
Don’t sleep on the European-style casual coffee shop’s regular food and drink menu, with its specialty coffees featuring coffee from Caffè Vergnano, Italy’s oldest roastery, established in 1882, as well as grab-and-go European specialties with imported meats and cheeses.
With a hint of fine dining, Press and Moka is owned and operated by the Ghoukassian family, proprietors of Bistango and Bayside, and was inspired by romantic views of Southeast France, close to the Italian seaside. Enjoy a perfectly appointed seat outside, or snag a corner spot in the interior, and watch the world go by.
Shop vendors including Co-Op Pilates, Candle by Design, Diana Ghoukassian, Raptor Jewelry, and raffle prizes from Bistango and Bayside restaurants, Press & Moka, Co-Op Pilates, Candle By Design, Diana Ghoukassian, Raptor Jewelry and WORK Fitness.

OC’s Largest Hotel Property, Hilton Anaheim, Celebrates 40 Years with a PARTY!
05.31.24
Hilton Anaheim’s EPIC 80s-themed 40th Anniversary party will take place at the hotel’s MIX Lounge on Thursday, June 6th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Commemorating its opening in 1984, the event will feature complimentary 80s-inspired bites such as potato skins, meatball sliders, and shrimp cocktail.
Specialty cocktails like the WooWoo and Whiskey Business will be available at a cash bar, accompanied by music from the 80s to set the mood. Executive Chef Juan Lopez’s 80s-inspired menu and cocktails will be available throughout the summer.
The MIX event is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to wear their best 80s attire to fit the theme.
Originally named ‘The Anaheim Hilton and Towers,’ the hotel opened in time for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. Located just 50 feet from the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim was designed as a convention hotel with 1,600 deluxe guest rooms and over 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space. The exclusive “Towers” provided an extra dimension of exceptional service, including private registration, concierge services, and more.
Since its opening 40 years ago, Hilton Anaheim has undergone four major renovation projects to modernize its accommodations, with the latest extensive renovation beginning this summer.
